Yes! All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement with no hassle. After this time, your beautiful items will need to be returned after receipt as indicated under our flexible Returns Policy.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Do you ship worldwide from Hong Kong?

Yes! We ship all our exquisite handcrafted items worldwide from our Hong Kong location with reliable tracking. View our complete Hong Kong shipping information for delivery times and costs to your destination. We currently ship to Asia (including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand), Europe (all EU countries and UK), and the United States (all 50 states).

Do you support Shop and Ship for Middle Eastern customers?

Yes! We're excited to announce that Shop and Ship is now available in Hong Kong, making it easier for our Middle Eastern customers to receive Casa Duniya orders. Shop and Ship is a package forwarding service that allows you to shop from our Hong Kong store and have items delivered to your address in the Middle East, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt.

How it works:

Sign up for a Shop and Ship account and receive your Hong Kong shipping address
Use your Shop and Ship Hong Kong address when checking out at Casa Duniya
We'll ship your order to your Shop and Ship Hong Kong address
Shop and Ship will forward your package to your home address in the Middle East

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend upon your delivery location and the weight of your items. These costs will be calculated automatically at checkout for complete transparency. At checkout, you will not be charged any taxes by Casa Duniya. You are responsible for paying all import costs to your chosen destination. We cannot predict the exact costs imposed on your order upon arrival at your shipping destination.

How long until I receive my order?

Casa Duniya will carefully process your order within 3 business days from our Hong Kong location. Afterward, your order will be shipped via our trusted courier partners—FedEx, SF Express, or Jumppoint—depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery typically takes:

Hong Kong Local Delivery: Lightning-fast 1-3 business days via SF Express to Central, Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, and all districts
International Express (FedEx): Premium 3-5 business days to major cities worldwide
International Standard (Jumppoint): Economical 10-14 business days with reliable tracking

Note: For Shop and Ship customers, please allow additional time for forwarding from Hong Kong to your Middle Eastern destination.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from Casa Duniya with complete shipping and tracking information once items have been shipped. All orders include real-time tracking with direct links regardless of which courier (FedEx, SF Express, or Jumppoint) is used for your delivery. Track your package every step of the way from Hong Kong to your doorstep!

Shop and Ship customers: You'll receive separate tracking information from Shop and Ship once your package arrives at their Hong Kong facility and is forwarded to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions during special sales events and holiday seasons. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay informed about exclusive shipping offers!

Can I expedite my order for faster delivery?

Yes! Choose FedEx Express at checkout for premium 3-5 day delivery to most international destinations. This is perfect for time-sensitive gifts or urgent orders. Our team will prioritize your order for immediate processing and expedited shipping from Hong Kong.

What if I'm not home when my order arrives?

Don't worry! Our courier partners (FedEx, SF Express, and Jumppoint) will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a nearby location. You can also use your tracking number to schedule a convenient delivery time or redirect your package to a secure pickup point.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We want you to love your purchase! All requests for returns must be made via email at dtc@casaduniya.com, no later than 14 days after our carrier delivers your order. Sending us clear photos will help make this process seamless and hassle-free for you.

Kindly wait for our confirmation email and, once confirmed, please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

All returns must be processed through our courier partners (FedEx, SF Express, or Jumppoint depending on your location) to our Hong Kong-based returns center for efficient processing. Our expert team will provide specific return shipping instructions based on your location.

Please note: Casa Duniya does not cover the return shipping costs. However, we're committed to making your return experience as smooth as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We take great care in packaging all our handcrafted items, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at dtc@casaduniya.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority!
