What is your return/exchange policy?
All requests for returns must be made via email at email@example.com, no later than (14) days after our carrier delivers your order. Sending us photos will help in making this process seamless for you.
Kindly wait for our confirmation email and, once confirmed, please ensure the items is in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be processed through our carrier FedEx for easier processing. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will begin the return process, which typically takes less than 5 business days.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Hong Kong and within Asia. We will begin shipping worldwide soon. Please check back for updates.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend upon the delivery location and the weight of your items. These costs will be calculated upon checkout. At checkout, you will not be charged any taxes by Casa Duniya. You are responsible for paying all import costs to your chosen destination. We can not predict the costs imposed on your order upon arrival at your shipping destination.
How long until I receive my order?
Casa Duniya will process your order within 3 business days. Afterward, FedEx will ship your order to your location. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, however, times may vary due to delivery location and customs processing times.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from Casa Duniya with shipping and tracking information once items have been shipped.
Cancellation of Order:
All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. After this time, your items will need to be returned after receipt as indicated under “Returns.”
