Shipping Policy

Casa Duniya ships handcrafted home decor worldwide from our Hong Kong location, using SF Express, FedEx, and Jumppoint depending on your destination and selected shipping method.

Where We Ship

• Hong Kong — local delivery across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands
• Asia — including Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and other major Asian countries
• Europe — all EU countries and the UK
• United States — all 50 states

If you're located outside these regions, contact us to ask about special shipping arrangements.

Shop and Ship (Middle East)

Shop and Ship is a package forwarding service available in Hong Kong. It lets customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, and Egypt shop from Casa Duniya and have orders forwarded to their home address.

How it works:

1. Sign up for a Shop and Ship account and receive your Hong Kong shipping address
2. Use that address when checking out at Casa Duniya
3. We ship your order to your Shop and Ship Hong Kong address
4. Shop and Ship forwards the package to your home address

Shipping Costs & Import Duties

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Casa Duniya does not charge taxes at checkout. You're responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your destination country — we can't predict these in advance, since they vary by country and order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 3 business days of payment. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, Chinese New Year).

After processing, delivery time depends on the courier:

• SF Express (Hong Kong local delivery): 1–3 business days
• FedEx (international express): 3–5 business days to major cities
• Jumppoint (international standard): 10–14 business days

Your order is assigned to the courier best suited to your destination and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. Shop and Ship customers should allow additional time for forwarding from Hong Kong.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships, with a direct link to track your package. Shop and Ship customers receive separate tracking from Shop and Ship once the package is forwarded.

Packaging

All items are packaged with protective materials suited to handcrafted, breakable pieces — ceramics, glass, and similarly fragile items receive extra cushioning.
