What types of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards worldwide: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club & JCB.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after your order has been placed. After this time, your items will need to be returned after receipt as indicated under our Returns Policy.

Can you create custom or curated orders?

Yes! We strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Should you require a specialized item, do not hesitate to contact us. We can curate any item that will help bring the world to YOUR home. Please email us at dtc@casaduniya.com.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Asia, Europe and the United States. If you require shipment to a different location, please contact us by email to check if special arrangements can be made.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend upon the delivery location and the weight of your items. These costs will be calculated upon checkout. At checkout, you will not be charged any taxes by Casa Duniya. You are responsible for paying all import costs to your chosen destination. We cannot predict the costs imposed on your order upon arrival at your shipping destination.

How long until I receive my order?

Casa Duniya will process your order within 3 business days. Afterward, FedEx will ship your order to your location. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, however, times may vary due to delivery location and customs processing times.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from Casa Duniya with shipping and tracking information once items have been shipped.

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

All requests for returns must be made via email at dtc@casaduniya.com, no later than (14) days after our carrier delivers your order. Sending us photos will help in making this process seamless for you.

Kindly wait for our confirmation email and, once confirmed, please ensure the items is in its original condition and packaging. All returns must be processed through our carrier FedEx for easier processing. As soon as we receive the returned item, we will begin the return process, which typically takes less than 5 business days.

Please note: Casa Duniya does not cover the return shipping costs.

Please note, due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency relief supplies. This could mean that your package may be withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time potentially leading to delays and longer transit times.
