✅ Return Eligibility

Items That Can Be Returned

  • All handcrafted home decor items in original condition
  • Items with original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged by customer use
  • Items returned after 14-day window
  • Items without original packaging

📦 How to Return Items

Step 1: Contact Us

All requests for returns must be made via email at dtc@casaduniya.com not later than 14 days after our carrier delivers your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (helps make the process seamless)

Step 2: Wait for Confirmation

Kindly wait for our confirmation email before sending anything back. We'll provide you with:

  • Return authorization
  • Return shipping instructions
  • FedEx return label (if applicable)

Step 3: Package Your Return

Once confirmed, please make sure your item is in its original condition and packaging:

  • Use original packaging when possible
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Secure packaging to prevent damage during transit

Step 4: Ship via FedEx

All returns must be processed through our carrier FedEx for easier processing. Please note: Casa Duniya will not cover the return shipping costs.

💰 Refund Process

Processing Time

As soon as we receive the return from you, we will begin the return process, which should usually not take more than 5 business days.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take 3-5 additional business days to appear
  • PayPal refunds are typically instant once processed

Refund Amount

  • Full purchase price (excluding original shipping)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded
  • Any applicable taxes will be refunded

🔄 Exchanges

We'd be happy to provide you with an exchange or credit for a future purchase if you prefer. Exchanges are subject to:

  • Same return eligibility requirements
  • Product availability
  • Price differences (you pay any additional cost)
  • Same 14-day return window

📋 Damaged or Defective Items

We would highly suggest to please inspect your item upon receipt. If you find any damage or if it isn't what you expect, please tell us immediately:

🌍 International Returns

For customers outside Hong Kong:

  • Same 14-day return window applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Must use trackable shipping method
  • Customs duties/taxes are customer's responsibility
